The Marketing and Communications Department is responsible for developing and implementing Lumon’s brand and communications. With us, you can work in marketing and communications either at the group level or within a local subsidiary.
At the group level, the Marketing and Communications Department is responsible for the company’s brand strategy, technologies, and communication of the company’s overall strategy and goals. In addition to the Lumon brand, the marketing team also oversees the development of the Visor brand. Group-level marketing drives the company’s growth and seeks the best ways to support sales. In addition to brand strategy, the marketing team is responsible for managing the company’s websites in different countries, analyzing their performance, and supporting lead generation for local teams. On the communications side, group-level responsibilities include media relations as well as the company’s internal and external communications.
At the subsidiary level, the Marketing and Communications Department is responsible for local tactical advertising aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads for sales. This includes, for example, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, utilizing digital marketing and social media, organizing events and trade fairs, and collaborating with various partners.
The Marketing and Communications Department works closely with other functions, such as Sales and Product Development, to ensure that the company’s messaging is consistent and effective.
