The HR department is responsible for the management of the employee lifecycle - from attraction to offboarding. This means, for example, the development of our employer brand, recruitment, onboarding, as well as the learning and development of our employees. At Group level, HR also takes responsibility for training models concerning the entire organization, as well as technologies related to the management of human resources.
